Options analytics boundary
Public-safe overview of Barfinex options analytics: educational aggregates only, no trading, no private evidence, and no profit promises.
Overview
Barfinex options analytics on the public website are educational, read-only aggregates. They may describe option chains, volatility surface quality, strategy families, and risk concepts at a sanitized level. They do not expose private strategy candidates, account data, order state, position state, raw Provider payloads, broker proof, or execution evidence.
The private runtime for options research, paper trading, promotion readiness, and any future controlled-live review belongs in Provider and Studio. Public content can explain the boundary, but it must not imply that options live trading is available or that a strategy is proven profitable.
Public-safe fields
Public options projections may include:
- underlying symbol;
- connector or venue family;
- expiry-level contract counts;
- call and put counts;
- aggregate implied-volatility ranges;
- aggregate liquidity or quality state;
- educational strategy-family counts;
- blocker or warning names after redaction.
Private fields
Public options projections must exclude:
- accounts, balances, positions, orders, fills, and margin state;
- private strategy IDs, candidate IDs, idempotency keys, and order IDs;
- Auditor proof bundles and evidence references;
- raw Provider, broker, or exchange payloads;
- operator readiness packets, approvals, incidents, and standdown controls;
- unredacted cost, PnL, or promotion evidence.
Trading boundary
Options can have non-linear losses, assignment and exercise risk, margin risk, liquidity risk, and model risk. Public Barfinex pages are not investment advice, brokerage access, or a trading terminal. When options analytics exist, they are for education and market research context only.
For exact private runtime routes, use Provider OpenAPI in an authenticated environment. For operator workflows, use Studio.
