Defined token economics, led the mainnet launch and governance design

Led the institutional design and initial token economics that structured CTXC supply and vesting schedules, making concrete decisions about token allocation to team, advisors and community sale that persist on-chain. Responsibilities included drafting and publishing the project's whitepaper, defining staking and incentive mechanisms, and approving the governance rules that determined how on-chain proposals would be processed. Directed the operational rollout of the Cortex mainnet by coordinating engineering milestones, auditing timelines and third-party smart contract reviews. Oversaw the token distribution events and public sale mechanics that directly impacted circulating supply and early market liquidity for CTXC, and signed off on technical milestones required for listed exchanges to enable deposits and withdrawals. Negotiated and formalized partnerships with academic groups and enterprise collaborators to seed model contributions to the Cortex model marketplace, which altered demand dynamics for network compute and staking. Managed public communications around roadmap milestones and crisis decisions during early security incidents, shaping market perception and regulatory narratives. The combination of authoring core protocol economic parameters, controlling early token releases, and executing the mainnet launch produced long-term effects on CTXC's market structure, participant incentives and governance path-dependency.
