Responsible for executive leadership and product roadmap decisions that translated into concrete technical and market actions for the Pundi X ecosystem. Led the engineering and commercial teams that produced and deployed XPOS point‑of‑sale terminals globally, negotiated merchant pilots, and organized firmware and API integrations that allowed on‑device token payments. Those product decisions directly determined which tokens and payment rails were integrated and thus shaped on‑chain transaction demand for the project token.
