Operates 14,000+ 7-Eleven stores making Thailand the world's third-largest 7-Eleven market, plus acquired Siam Makro to dominate wholesale distribution

Yol Phokasub serves as CEO of CP ALL Public Company Limited, the exclusive licensee and operator of 7-Eleven convenience stores in Thailand. With over 14,000 stores nationwide, CP ALL has made Thailand the world's third-largest 7-Eleven market after Japan and the United States. The company is part of the Charoen Pokphand (CP) Group, Thailand's largest conglomerate controlled by the Chearavanont family. In Thailand, 7-Eleven is far more than a convenience store — it is deeply woven into daily life. Thai 7-Elevens sell food and beverages, serve as bill payment points, offer banking services, provide online order pickup, and function as community hubs. The stores are ubiquitous in Bangkok (often multiple on the same block) and extend throughout provincial Thailand, reaching even rural areas. CP ALL also operates Siam Makro (now Makro), a cash-and-carry wholesale chain serving small retailers, hotels, restaurants, and caterers across Thailand and Cambodia. The Makro acquisition created a complementary retail ecosystem — Makro serving B2B wholesale and 7-Eleven serving B2C convenience. Key stock drivers include Thai consumer spending, same-store sales growth, new store openings, Makro wholesale volumes, food innovation and fresh food margins, digital services revenue, and tourism recovery impact on convenience store traffic.
