At the stage of project foundation, leadership and strategic decisions by the founder determine both the technical trajectory and the method of interaction with the ecosystem of developers, investors, and partners. The initiative to create a modular architecture, the choice of consensus mechanism, token distribution principles, and the promotion of NULS on target markets were directly linked to the project management's decisions in the early period. These decisions influenced how the community perceived the project: as a platform for corporate modules and rapid customizations, rather than just another smart contract chain. Furthermore, early communication with Chinese and international partners, attracting developers, and organizing grants or hackathons created an ecosystem foundation that supported the development of modules and services on NULS. At the institutional level, such leadership also shaped relationships with exchanges, analysts, and potential corporate clients, which was reflected in the availability of resources and the project's long-term sustainability.
