Coordinated the design and execution of liquidity mining programs and partnership integrations that were critical to ALPACA’s early market traction. Responsibilities included negotiating exchange listings, structuring LP incentives with AMMs, and aligning third-party yield aggregators and market makers to provide initial depth for the token. Those concrete activities determined the timing and magnitude of on-chain incentives, thereby shaping initial TVL inflows and active user counts. Led integrations with wallets, analytics providers and AMM routers to ensure smooth user onboarding and composability with the broader BSC DeFi stack. By securing partnerships and making deliberate choices about which pools and pairs to incentivize, the work directly influenced which trading pairs gained volume and how impermanent loss risks translated into net returns for liquidity providers. Also responsible for coordinating public announcements, community campaigns and cross-protocol programs that amplified adoption. Execution of these public programs materially impacted market sentiment and the velocity of ALPACA, changing both short-term trading dynamics and longer-term staking behavior among early participants.
