Vincent Wijnen

Bridging engineering and enterprise stakeholders, this co‑founder focused on articulating use cases, running pilot projects and aligning product increments to customer requirements. Responsibilities included sourcing and negotiating partnerships with corporates and public bodies, overseeing pilot scope and success criteria, and ensuring that demoed features reflected compliance and integration needs. By converting protocol capabilities (anchoring, private workflows, identity primitives) into concrete business flows and measurable KPIs, the partnerships lead reduced adoption friction and accelerated referenceable deployments. Contributions extended to community management and marketing, clarifying token utility narratives for enterprise audiences and investors, and helping design onboarding materials, SDKs and integration guides geared toward system integrators and IT departments. This operational and communicative work was critical in turning a protocol into a usable product: deepening institutional trust, enabling longer sales cycles to convert into pilots, and building the ecosystem of integrators and auditors required for broader rollout. Those outcomes materially affected LTO's commercial footprint, partner mix and early revenue opportunities.
