Owned the strategic planning and execution for the token issuance, tokenomics parameters and initial allocation rules, including developer/community reserves, partner allocations and vesting schedules. These documented choices directly influenced circulating supply, vesting cliffs and the mechanics used in early airdrops and staking promotions. Responsibility for these designs linked organizational incentives to market supply dynamics. Negotiated and operationalized partnerships with exchanges, custodians and DeFi projects to list SFP, enable on-chain utility and create integration points between SafePal hardware and broader crypto infrastructure. Oversaw collaborative technical work to support Binance Smart Chain and EVM integrations, ensuring that SafePal firmware and mobile apps supported the token's operational requirements. Managed community-facing operations such as coordinated airdrops, on-device claiming flows and support for staking programs, converting product features into user-level interactions that affected token adoption. The aggregate of these specific product, tokenomic and partnership choices determined SafePal's role as both an issuer and primary utility provider for SFP holders.
