Defined practical use-cases for ASR within matchday and sporting activations and coordinated internal adoption
Entrusted with the club's sporting and operational agenda, determining how the ASR fan token would be used for matchday and team-related activations. Practical decisions included approving which categories of fan votes (for example, playlist selection, kit-related choices, or promotional meet-and-greets) could be implemented via the Socios platform and ensuring such activations did not conflict with team routines or competitive priorities. Coordinated cross-functionally to align marketing, stadium operations, and player relations teams on execution steps required when a token-powered poll passed. This oversight covered player availability communications, security and hospitality implications for token-holder rewards, and integration of on-site redemption mechanisms tied to ASR balances. By operationalizing token utility within the sporting calendar and internal processes, set the conditions under which ASR delivered tangible experiences. Those decisions directly influenced the perceived value proposition of the token for supporters and thereby affected adoption rates and secondary-market demand driven by access to club-specific experiences.
