Led the founding organization and set the strategic roadmap that converted a telecom-blockchain concept into an operational protocol and token economy. Responsibilities included arranging the token offering, defining initial tokenomics, and coordinating legal and operational frameworks needed for the token distribution and exchange listings. Directed technical and business teams through testnet and mainnet launches, approving protocol parameters and governance rules that determined staking, transaction fee models, and node incentives. Those decisions directly structured how QLC tokens are used to access network services and how rewards flow to validators and service providers. Negotiated initial commercial pilots and developer programs with regional telecommunication partners and independent service providers, establishing the use-cases for decentralized bandwidth and VPN services on the chain. Public and institutional communications under this leadership shaped early market understanding and adoption paths for the QLC token.
