Authored and implemented concrete portions of the Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) specification and produced relayer and client implementations that Cosmos chains, including Neutron, use to exchange packets and transfer assets. Contributions encompassed RFCs and reference code for packet acknowledgement, client upgrades and relayer behaviour under misbehaviour conditions, which Neutron integrated when enabling cross-chain smart contract calls and token movement. Built operational tooling and validator guidance for relayers and IBC clients that informed Neutron’s network configuration and security posture for cross-chain channels. Those tools and procedural docs were used by validator operators during Neutron mainnet launch to set up secure relayer topologies, channel lifecycles and timeout configurations that directly affect atomicity guarantees for NTRN transfers. The practical outcome is reflected in Neutron’s IBC channel topology, relayer configurations and the cross-chain contract flows that rely on the concrete IBC implementations and relayer conventions Sunny helped ship. Those technical deliverables materially enabled Neutron to interoperate with other Cosmos chains and to expose NTRN to cross-chain liquidity and messages.
