Product architecture, browser extension development, tokenomics and governance
Responsible for product strategy, engineering management and token economics that turned a social‑layer browser extension into a tradable on‑chain asset. Led the team that built the core Mask Network extension which enabled encrypted messages, on‑chain payments through social platforms, and wallet integrations; these engineering decisions determined how the MASK token could be used for access, fees and governance within the ecosystem. Directed the token issuance and initial distribution design that established circulating supply, staking incentives and governance rights, and coordinated the roadmap for DAO features and multi‑chain bridges. Led public product launches and developer outreach which attracted liquidity providers and third‑party integrations; those outreach campaigns and technical SDKs directly expanded where and how MASK was listed and traded on decentralized venues. Oversaw integrations with wallets and relayer services that shaped gas abstraction and user onboarding, reducing friction for social payments and thus influencing token utility and demand dynamics. Managed partnerships and protocol upgrades that altered on‑chain flows, such as support for additional blockchains or AMM routing logic; those decisions changed settlement speed and fee profiles experienced by users and traders. Operational choices on token vesting, treasury allocations and governance proposals under his leadership produced measurable supply unlock timelines and voting mechanisms that impacted market expectations and staking behaviour.
