Directed core protocol engineering, authored whitepaper, launched mainnet and token distribution
Directed the technical roadmap and managed the delivery of Marlin's primary protocol components, including the high-performance relay stack used to accelerate block and transaction propagation. Responsibilities included authoring and publishing the Marlin whitepaper that formalized the network architecture, designing the network primitives for packet routing and relay incentives, and overseeing the open-source implementation that became the project's reference client. Led the mainnet launch program and coordinated tokenomics implementation: defined initial token distribution schedules, vesting rules, and staking parameters that directly shaped supply dynamics of POND. Negotiated and executed integrations with major blockchain clients and validator operators to deploy Marlin relay nodes into production environments, which materially affected on-chain throughput and the ways exchanges and market makers accessed the network. Managed developer relations and governance framing by creating the initial on-chain governance proposals and documentation that determined upgrade paths and validator incentives. Public releases, GitHub commits, and deployment schedules under this leadership made concrete changes to the protocol behavior and thus to token utility and demand. Maintained relationships with infrastructural partners and exchanges for listings and liquidity events, coordinating technical due diligence and network audits that enabled several major exchange listings and market-making arrangements affecting POND's early liquidity profile.
