Design and implementation of the restaking protocol, validator interface and token launch
Led the formation of the technical architecture of the restaking protocol and the direct creation of the main smart contracts, which implemented the idea of reusing stake to provide third-party services. Within this work, I led the preparation and publication of the project documentation and whitepaper, defining key validator interfaces, slashing parameters, and commission distribution mechanisms used in the first version of the protocol. Organized and coordinated practical development: held engineering design sessions, approved the release roadmap, and curated the integration of node clients with EigenLayer staking modules. Under his leadership, external contract audits and network scenario stress tests were prepared and conducted, which directly influenced the configuration of safe thresholds for restaking and the initial risk management logic. Participated in shaping the tokenomics and issuance mechanism of EIGEN, including distribution parameters and incentives for early liquidity providers and validators; these decisions defined the initial incentive structure and influenced market share distribution. Actions taken as a product leader and architect had a direct impact on the protocol's ability to attract stake and on economic security parameters used in the ecosystem since launch.
