Authored and implemented the PoSV consensus, EVM compatibility and gas-relay features used on TomoChain

Directed the technical architecture and led engineering teams that produced TomoChain’s core protocol releases. Took primary responsibility for designing and implementing the Proof‑of‑Stake Voting (PoSV) consensus mechanism, tuning block time, finality parameters and the masternode election process. Those protocol parameters directly affected network throughput, validator incentives and on‑chain transaction capacity, thereby shaping how the TOMO token is used for staking and network fees. Led the integration of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatibility modules and executed smart contract toolchain support, enabling token swaps, ERC‑20 compatibility and easier porting of dApps. Oversaw the development of TomoZ (gas‑relayer) and gas sponsorship features that allowed third parties to subsidize gas for users; these technical products altered user onboarding and commercial use cases by reducing friction for token transfers and DApp interactions. Managed code releases, audits and mainnet migrations, coordinating with masternode operators and exchanges to minimize protocol risk during upgrades. His engineering decisions and release cadence determined the technical risk profile perceived by institutional integrators and developers, influencing adoption of TOMO for staking, fees and as an operational token within dApps built on TomoChain.
