Spearheaded the technical and commercial trajectory of the COTI project through direct leadership of Trustchain design and the project's token economics. Responsible for specifying the directed acyclic graph consensus rules, incentive mechanisms for transaction validators and arbiters, and the fee and staking parameters that determined how COTI tokens are used within payments and dispute resolution. These concrete protocol choices shaped throughput, finality characteristics and on‑chain incentives. Took operational charge of capital formation and market access by organizing the token sale, negotiating primary exchange listings and coordinating liquidity programs that placed COTI tokens on major trading venues. Those actions materially affected market depth and price discovery for the instrument in secondary markets. Directed the build-out of COTI Pay and merchant integrations, turning protocol capabilities into payment products and issuing strategy for card and gateway partnerships. Led collaborative engineering and product efforts with external partners, most notably contracting and steering the development of the Djed algorithmic stablecoin. Oversaw specification handoffs, integration testing with Cardano tooling, and go‑to‑market sequencing for stablecoin and payment rails. Operational and public decisions taken under this leadership directly determined the functional use cases and adoption pathways for the COTI token within payments and DeFi contexts.
