For over 20 years he has taught Behavioral Finance and Business Valuation courses at Management Development Institute Gurgaon, combining Graham-Buffett principles with Munger's mental model framework and applying them to the Indian equity market context. His course is legendary among Indian finance students and has produced many of India's most successful fundamental equity investors and portfolio managers. Bakshi is known for his prolific blog writing — publishing long-form, intellectually rigorous analyses of specific companies, investment principles, and behavioral biases. His ability to explain complex investment concepts through accessible case studies and his integration of psychology with fundamental analysis has made him one of the most widely-followed investment educators in Asia. He is particularly known for his deep dives into capital allocation quality, competitive moat analysis, and the importance of business quality over cheapness in long-term investing.
