Rebrand Coordinator
Coordinated rebrand from legacy name to Signum and managed stakeholder communication
Prepared and executed the public communications strategy that transitioned the project's identity to Signum. Tasks performed included drafting the rebrand proposal, publishing timelines, managing community votes or signaling, and issuing coordinated announcements across official channels. The coordinator arranged for exchanges and service providers to receive technical briefings and migration guides, enabling them to update asset tickers and platform references with minimal confusion for holders and traders. Designed the governance transition mechanics and documentation so that maintainers, node operators, and wallet providers had clear instructions on how the new branding and associated repository names would be adopted. These procedural decisions limited fragmentation of the user base and reduced operational risk during the identity change. Produced FAQs, brand assets, and serialized release notes that merchant integrators and custodial platforms used to update listings and wallet labels. By controlling the messaging and rollout cadence, the coordinator influenced market perception, reduced rumor-driven selling pressure, and improved the chances of smooth exchange and wallet updates. Maintained ongoing liaison with ecosystem partners post-rebrand to monitor listing correctness and user support issues, arranging corrective patches to documentation and exchange mappings when inconsistencies emerged. Those concrete steps materially affected token usability and market clarity after the name change to Signum.
