Defined rToken economic model, led smart contract deployments, validator onboarding and token listing coordination
Directed the initial architecture and go‑to‑market execution for StaFi, producing concrete outputs including the rToken economic model, whitepaper, governance framework and the first smart contract deployments on mainnet. These deliverables established token supply mechanics, staking-to-derivative minting rules and redemption procedures that determined how FIS would flow between staking pools and secondary markets. Managed validator onboarding, set criteria for custody and slashing mitigation, and coordinated relayer integrations required to support cross‑chain rTokens. Those operational decisions had direct market implications: validator selection and reward distribution rules affected staking yields, which in turn influenced FIS trading volumes and the depth of liquidity in rToken markets. Negotiated and coordinated initial exchange listings and market maker relationships to seed order book liquidity after token issuance, and led governance proposals to adjust parameters (fees, minting caps, unbonding windows) in response to on-chain events. By combining protocol design with active market and validator operations, the role shaped both the on‑chain utility of FIS and its off‑chain market liquidity.
