Ray Espinosa leads Manila Electric Company (Meralco) as President and CEO, overseeing the Philippines' largest electric distribution utility. Meralco serves over 7.4 million customers in Metro Manila and surrounding provinces in the Luzon region, distributing approximately 30% of the country's total electricity consumption.
