Built developer SDKs, ran hackathons, and structured enterprise pilot contracts that drove adoption

Led the operational programs that translated protocol capability into real workload demand priced in RLC. Organized developer programs, issued SDKs and reference integrations, and managed public technical documentation and tooling that lowered onboarding friction for application teams and independent providers. Executed a program of hackathons, grants and partner pilots that resulted in concrete deployments of compute tasks on the iExec marketplace. Negotiated pilot statements of work and success metrics with enterprise customers, and set invoicing and settlement practices that determined when and how RLC changed hands between commercial actors and service providers. Owned public technical communications such as release notes, SDK changelogs and developer blogs that shaped community expectations and guided integrators; these communications affected developer sentiment and the pace at which new services began to bill in RLC. Organized interoperable examples and templates that accelerated third‑party integrations and the growth of available compute supply. Operated cross‑functional coordination between engineering, legal and business teams to operationalize compliance, data handling and SLA terms in contracts. Those practical contract structures and onboarding artifacts are directly responsible for flows of on‑chain payments and the measured uptick in transaction volumes for RLC tied to enterprise and developer activity.
