Paolo Scaroni

Chairman of the Board · AC Milan

Authorized the club's commercial agreement with Socios/Chiliz to issue ACM and shaped revenue, allocation and governance clauses affecting token economics and club-token interactions.

Approved the club-level commercial framework that enabled issuance of the AC Milan Fan Token under a partnership with Socios/Chiliz. That approval encompassed negotiation of revenue-sharing, intellectual property licensing, official branding rights for use in tokenized products, and the club-side commitments around voting events and rewards. Those contractual terms directly affected how proceeds from token sales were recognized by the club and how much supply was allocated to club reserves versus market distribution. Defined board-level policy on the scope of fan-token utilities, authorizing which club decisions could be packaged into token-holder votes and which commercial activations players or staff could participate in. These governance boundaries shaped the token's real-world utility and therefore its perceived value among supporters and traders. Oversaw alignment between the club's marketing, legal and finance teams to meet regulatory, tax and accounting requirements for token income and promotions. Such decisions determined the legal structure of token-related revenue and the club's ability to integrate ACM proceeds into broader financial planning. Public club endorsements and scheduled activations that followed board approval amplified initial demand and created predictable engagement milestones tied to token ownership, thereby influencing both primary sale success and subsequent secondary-market behaviour.
