Approved and operationalized PSG’s commercial agreement with Socios/Chiliz, authorized IP use, token utilities and club-side integration that enabled the PSG token offering.
Authorized the commercial partnership and licensing framework that permitted PSG Fan Token to be created and branded with club assets. Signed and endorsed contractual terms that allowed Chiliz/Socios to use PSG's trademarks, imagery and access to players for token-holder rewards and promotional campaigns. Those contractual approvals were a necessary precondition for the token's legal issuance and for defining the scope of on‑token utilities tied to club activities. Directed club resources and marketing channels to integrate the fan token into PSG's broader fan engagement roadmap, including sanctioned campaigns, exclusive content releases and token-holder activations. This organizational endorsement increased legitimacy among supporters and partners and translated into higher initial demand during the token offering phases. Made executive decisions on which club assets and experiences could be allocated as token utilities, shaping the real-world value proposition of PSG Fan Token. By green‑lighting specific player appearances, matchday experiences and digital content as token rewards, the club leadership concretely influenced both short‑term uptake and long‑term utility expectations among the token community.
