Architected and managed core smart contract releases, TRB token migration and governance upgrades.
As a founding executive responsible for the protocol roadmap, oversaw the design and deployment of Tellor's core smart contracts that defined data reporting, dispute mechanics and reporter incentives. Directed the architecture choices that determined how TRB functions as both a staking/governance asset and an incentive for data reporters, including the parameters for staking, slashing and reward distribution. Coordinated multiple security audits, bounty programs and contract upgrades, and managed on‑chain governance proposals that migrated or revised token mechanics. These concrete actions shaped upgrade paths used to patch vulnerabilities and to transition Tellor from an initial proof‑of‑work reporting model toward more robust staking and dispute processes tied to TRB governance. Engaged with integrators and DeFi projects to secure early data requests and listings, negotiating adapter interfaces and oracles that affected initial liquidity and demand for TRB on exchanges. Publicly proposed and implemented governance measures that set precedents for voting thresholds and proposal mechanisms used in subsequent protocol decisions. Maintained responsibility for release coordination and community communication during major forks and contract migrations, ensuring that TRB token holders received coordinated on‑chain instructions and that smart contract migrations were executed with multisig and timelock safeguards. Those operational decisions directly influenced the security posture and adoption trajectory of Tellor's token and oracle infrastructure.
