Designed scheduling, reputation and marketplace modules of the SONM protocol and led core network implementation

System architect responsible for defining and implementing the core distributed fog‑computing protocol that underpins SONM. Authored specifications for the task scheduler that matches compute jobs to provider offers, designed the reputation and staking mechanics that determine provider selection and rewards, and developed marketplace primitives that denominate compute purchases in SNM. These protocol design choices directly shaped token utility by embedding SNM into billing, dispute resolution and provider incentive models. Leadership included managing the core engineering effort to build and release network‑service binaries, orchestrators and client SDKs. Led implementation of the off‑chain negotiation channels and on‑chain settlement hooks required to realize atomic billing flows between job submitters and providers, ensuring that SNM transfers could be used as payment and collateral within the system. Security and operability responsibilities covered stress testing, performance tuning and the rollout of provider onboarding tooling. Established metrics and telemetry for provider performance, devised slashing and reward schedules, and coordinated upgrades to preserve backward compatibility while enabling new marketplace features. The architectural decisions made in this role influenced developer adoption and enterprise integration. By choosing specific consensus and messaging patterns and by exposing token‑denominated APIs, the CTO shaped how third‑party integrators, compute purchasers and marketplace operators would use SNM, thereby affecting long‑term demand and technical paths for network scaling.
