Built multisig and treasury tools (Gnosis Safe) used by ENSO for funds custody and governance
Delivered the Gnosis Safe multisig solution and a suite of treasury management modules that ENSO adopted for custody of protocol reserves and staged governance operations. ENSO's multisig wallets, timelock controllers and guardian setups were instantiated with Gnosis Safe contracts and UI integrations, forming the operational backbone for emergency response, grant disbursements and vesting schedules. The concrete tooling and plug‑ins provided by Gnosis reduced ENSO's time to operational security: Safe transaction batching, on‑chain confirmations and off‑chain signing workflows were integrated into ENSO's deployment playbooks. Auditors and third‑party risk teams repeatedly referenced Safe multisig deployments in ENSO's audit reports as the canonical custody design. Operational practices advocated by Gnosis around multi‑party ownership, role separation and social recovery influenced ENSO's governance charter and the design of delegate permissions. The combination of shipped Smart Contracts, front‑end modules and documented upgrade flows from Gnosis had direct and measurable impact on how ENSO organized treasury governance and controlled token release mechanics.
