Structured legal and operational frameworks designed to make it easier for counterparties and institutional partners to interact with NEAR, thereby lowering barriers for listings, custodial support and institutional custody. Engaged with ecosystem stakeholders to formalize governance proposals and voting processes, translating strategic priorities into funded workstreams. The combination of grant allocations, governance setup and outreach directly shaped which infrastructure and DeFi projects received resources, affecting both developer sentiment and medium‑term token utility.
