Set token allocation, vesting and incentive parameters that affected supply, circulation and staking behaviours

Designed the token allocation framework and vesting schedules that governed initial investor lockups, team releases and community incentive pools, directly influencing the timing and volume of tokens entering secondary markets. Specified staking and reward parameters embedded in protocol clients and documentation, which determined economic incentives for nodes, storage providers and relays. Practical choices about reward curves, slashing conditions and minimum stake thresholds affected participants’ behaviour, liquidity provision and willingness to lock tokens for network services. Collaborated with legal and business teams to structure token sale tranches and advisor allocations to meet regulatory constraints while satisfying early partner commitments. Those structures shaped market expectations about future dilution and were referenced by exchanges and market makers when assessing MFT listing and market making strategies. Monitored on-chain and off-chain metrics post-launch to adjust community incentive programs and recommend amendments to vesting or reward schedules. The concrete designs and subsequent adjustments to token economics had measurable impact on circulating supply dynamics and on the depth and resilience of MFT market liquidity.
