Drove partnerships, public fundraising and exchange outreach that shaped market access and adoption of WAXP
Spearheaded commercial outreach and the public positioning of WAX during its formative fundraising and partnership phase. Primary actions included organizing and promoting token sale events, negotiating business development agreements with trading platforms and gaming partners, and briefing exchanges and institutional counterparties about WAX's marketplace model and token utility. Those activities materially affected token distribution and secondary market availability by securing exchange listings and merchant integrations, which in turn influenced on‑chain volume and user onboarding rates. Leadership in public forums and media appearances shaped investor and developer perception at critical junctures in the project's lifecycle. Engagements with compliance and exchange teams under this leadership also influenced listing terms, KYC/AML expectations and custody arrangements for early WAXP holders. The combination of fundraising oversight, partner negotiation and public representation created practical pipelines that converted OP Skins' customer base and third‑party inventories into active users and liquidity providers for WAX.
