Led the initial conception and technical delivery of the aelf platform, taking direct responsibility for the project's architecture, protocol specifications and the token issuance framework. Practical work included authoring and publishing the project's whitepaper and technical specifications, coordinating core protocol module development (parallel processing and side-chain design), and directing audits and code releases on public repositories. These actions determined ELF's core on-chain mechanics, gas model and cross-chain interaction patterns. Led the project's fundraising and token distribution processes by organizing and executing the ICO/token sale, establishing the initial allocation and vesting schedules, and negotiating early exchange access. Operational leadership extended to assembling the core engineering team, defining node roles for mainnet validators, and overseeing the staged mainnet deployments which set the genesis state and initial circulating supply dynamics for ELF. Managed the transition from development to ecosystem growth by creating governance primitives and staking/consensus parameter choices that influenced how ELF is used for fees, voting and on-chain governance. Public release cycles, upgrade proposals and integration points for smart contract execution were driven by decisions made under this leadership, directly shaping developer adoption and token utility. Maintained external relationships with enterprise partners, audit firms and developer communities to secure integrations and audits that affected perceived security and market confidence. The combination of protocol design decisions, token issuance mechanics and mainnet operational choices under this leadership produced enduring effects on ELF's technical value proposition, governance behavior and market function.
