Created early automated teller prototypes and deposit machines that informed later ATM design
Developed and patented a sequence of automated banking devices and deposit machines that demonstrated mechanized handling of cash and cheques before widespread ATM adoption. Prototypes focused on unattended deposit acceptance, mechanical sorting and user guidance, offering practical experiments in reliability, cash security and front-end user design. Published patents and prototype trials provided suppliers and banks with concrete mechanical solutions to previously theoretical problems.
