Led project formation, tokenomics design and on-chain token issuance that defined GPS supply and allocation

Led the organizational and product decisions that resulted in the GPS token being issued and circulated. Responsibilities included defining the total supply, vesting schedules for team and advisors, allocation for community incentives and staking, and approving the smart contract deployment that minted the token. These concrete actions directly determined circulating supply dynamics and the schedules that affect sell-pressure and long-term holder incentives. Coordinated and approved initial liquidity provision strategies, instructing market-making parameters for early DEX pools and negotiating listing terms with centralized exchanges. Those negotiations and liquidity arrangements materially shaped initial price discovery and secondary-market depth for GPS, affecting slippage and arbitrage behavior among traders. Managed public communications and community incentive programs tied to token distribution such as airdrops, staking rewards and bug-bounty funding. Execution of these programs altered retail participation and retention, which in turn influenced on-chain velocity and trading volumes for GPS across the first year of its operation. Oversaw partnerships with security firms and auditors, commissioning audits and remediation that changed developer timelines and token roadmap milestones. Those procurement decisions had practical effects on token lockups, delayed releases, and market signaling about project security posture, thus influencing investor confidence and liquidity.
