Oversight from executive level changed how Alpine monetized fan engagement and how commercial partners engaged with the team. By embedding the fan token into Alpine’s official sponsorship and engagement strategy, those executive decisions directly influenced which promotions were run, how rewards were structured and how the token was presented to existing Alpine and Renault stakeholders.
