Managed business relationships, exchange onboarding and corporate communications that affected ARDR market access
Led external engagement activities that converted protocol development into real market access for ARDR. Responsibilities included negotiating technical and commercial terms with exchanges, preparing node and custody requirements for listing, coordinating KYC/technical due diligence, and staging announcements that synchronized client releases with marketplace onboarding. These actions materially affected which venues listed ARDR and under what custodial and operational constraints. Directed outreach to enterprise prospects and potential partners to pilot child-chain deployments, preparing business proposals and technical documentation to bridge developer capabilities and commercial deployment. Work on partnership contracts and presentations drove early commercial experiments using Ardor child chains and helped create references that improved institutional credibility for ARDR-based solutions. Managed public communications and community-facing messaging that framed protocol upgrades and token migration procedures. By aligning press, community releases and exchange communications around releases and security advisories, the role reduced operational friction at launch events and influenced short-term market sentiment and liquidity provisioning around ARDR listings and major releases.
