Kipp DeVeer

Kipp DeVeer is a Partner and Head of the Credit Group at Ares Management, responsible for the firm's largest business segment. Ares Credit encompasses direct lending, leveraged loans, high yield bonds, structured credit, and real assets credit, collectively managing hundreds of billions in assets. DeVeer has been instrumental in building Ares's direct lending business into one of the largest in the industry, benefiting from the structural shift away from bank lending to private credit following post-crisis regulatory changes.
