Implemented notary node system, dPoW ops and protocol releases
Managed engineering teams and operational processes that turned Komodo's design into a running network. Accountable for implementing and operating the notary node system, writing and maintaining the code that performs cross-chain notarizations, and integrating dPoW checkpoints into Komodo's consensus flow. These operational contributions had direct impact on network security guarantees and on how exchanges and custodians could evaluate KMD risk. Led protocol releases, coordinated third-party code audits and produced deployment tooling for notary operators and exchanges. Oversaw hard fork coordination, parameter changes for mining and staking rewards, and maintenance of wallet and API compatibility. Practical outputs included release branches, release notes, upgrade scripts and documented rollback procedures used by node operators during network upgrades. Maintained communication with infrastructure partners to ensure notary uptime and verifiable anchoring to Bitcoin. Hands-on incident response to chain reorganizations, notary failures and upgrade regressions shaped trust in Komodo's security model and therefore had measurable effects on community confidence, exchange custody policies and token valuation.
