Established early partnership model and anchor outreach, organized initial token distribution programs and built institutional channels for fiat on/off‑ramps

Organized and executed the early business strategy that connected the Stellar protocol to financial institutions and anchor projects, developing the anchor model that defines how off‑chain fiat is represented on the ledger. Concrete activities included negotiating with early anchors, designing onboarding processes for fiat rails, and defining the operational responsibilities anchors must meet to issue and redeem assets, which materially enabled practical on/off‑ramp liquidity for XLM. Coordinated the initial token distribution mechanics and outreach to partners and developer communities, implementing documented allocation programs that seeded market makers, exchanges, and pilot partners. Those distribution actions translated protocol-level supply into tradable liquidity, affecting listings, market depth and the ability of payment pilots to settle using XLM. Built early institutional channels and public‑private partnerships that demonstrated use cases for cross‑border and micropayment flows. The business development and partner-engagement work produced concrete pilot agreements, live anchors and operational playbooks that subsequent developers and institutions used to scale liquidity and integrate XLM into payment rails.
