Architected WAX integration layer, authored APIs and smart contract implementations that enabled asset tokenization and marketplace automation
Led core engineering work to connect a high‑volume virtual goods marketplace to on‑chain primitives and developer tooling. Responsibilities included implementation of the smart contract set that governed escrow, fee capture and staking mechanics specific to tokenized game items, and development of REST/WebSocket APIs and SDKs used by partners to list and trade assets on WAX. Hands‑on development produced the early operational stack: bridge components between OPSkins databases and the WAX blockchain, middleware for signing and settlement, and the marketplace automation that converted off‑chain orders into on‑chain state changes. Those engineering choices directly determined transaction formats, gas/fee handling and the operational cost profile for users and bots. Post‑launch work involved maintaining the contract suite through upgrades and coordinating with block producers on performance tuning and parameter changes. The technical artifacts and libraries authored under this leadership remain part of the integration surface used by third‑party developers and wallet providers, shaping how tokens are issued, transferred and used within the WAX ecosystem.
