As the driving executive behind the project led the operational and fundraising roadmap that produced the FUN token and the FunFair gaming stack. Responsibilities included designing the public token sale, defining the tokenomics used to fund development and incentives, and coordinating engineering teams to produce the casino smart contracts and the off‑chain scaling module used in production. Concrete deliverables under leadership include the public token sale (ICO) that distributed FUN to market participants and established circulating supply, the deployment of the ERC‑20 FUN contract and the platform's game engine and client interfaces, and delivery of FunFair’s channel‑based scaling mechanism integrated with on‑chain settlement. These steps directly determined how many tokens entered secondary markets, which wallets and exchanges supported FUN, and the initial liquidity depth. Operational decisions made while running the company — partnership negotiations with gaming operators, prioritisation of exchange listings, and choices about on‑chain vs off‑chain game logic — materially affected trading volumes, fee dynamics and real‑money use cases for the token. The combined fundraising and product rollout choices fixed parameters that shaped FUN’s market behaviour for years after the launches.
