James Lico has led Fortive as President and CEO since its 2016 spin-off from Danaher Corporation. Fortive was created to house Danaher's industrial technology businesses, and it inherited the core operational DNA: the Fortive Business System (FBS), a continuous improvement methodology derived from the legendary Danaher Business System, is applied to every business to drive growth, margin expansion, and innovation.
