Managed security audits, bug bounties and mitigations that determined timing of tokenized features
Coordinated comprehensive security assessments and third‑party smart contract and protocol audits, prioritizing fixes that unlocked token-dependent modules and staking features. Designed and ran bug bounty programs and incident-response playbooks tied to release milestones; decisions about acceptable residual risk determined when tokenized features such as staking, rewards and on‑chain governance could be enabled without exposing user funds. Worked closely with engineering to specify upgrade paths and emergency rollback procedures, and to produce the audit reports and attestations required by exchanges and enterprise partners prior to integration. These security deliverables were frequently prerequisites for listings and for partner pilots that would send real token flows into production. By defining vulnerability thresholds and coordinating remediations, the security leadership managed the cadence of releases and had a direct effect on the timetable for features that materially influenced MFT’s utility and market behaviour.
