Proposed, coordinated and executed the governance process that enabled the WNXM ERC‑20 wrapper; managed audits, deployment and treasury interactions that changed NXM transferability and market liquidity.
Headed the institution responsible for the original NXM token and directly shaped the policy decisions that produced WNXM. Led the governance proposal process within Nexus Mutual to introduce an ERC‑20 wrapper, specifying the governance parameters, burn/mint mechanics and the interfaces required for integration with external DeFi protocols. Coordinated procurement of external smart‑contract audits and managed on‑chain governance signalling to secure member approval for the wrapper deployment. Directed operational actions tying the wrapped token to Nexus Mutual treasury practices and risk parameters, authorising multisig custody and the contract deployments that made NXM effectively transferable via WNXM. These documented governance steps changed how the token could be used as collateral and how members could exchange economic exposure, materially affecting secondary market liquidity and integration paths with AMMs and lending markets. Maintained public leadership and communications while executing proposals, which included approving specific smart‑contract addresses, audit reports and treasury flows. Those concrete approvals and coordinated deployments are the direct causal link between organizational decisions and WNXM’s existence, market adoption and subsequent integrations across decentralized exchanges and custody solutions.
