Develops Egypt's largest master-planned communities housing hundreds of thousands of residents, including the flagship Madinaty city of 600,000+ people

Hisham Talaat Moustafa leads Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) as CEO, overseeing the largest integrated community developer in the Middle East. TMG's flagship project, Madinaty, is a self-contained city east of Cairo housing over 600,000 residents across residential towers, villas, schools, hospitals, shopping centers, and recreational facilities — one of the largest privately developed urban communities in the world. TMG also developed Al Rehab City, another major master-planned community near Cairo, and has expanded into hospitality through Four Seasons and other luxury hotel partnerships. The group's land bank of thousands of acres east of Cairo provides decades of development potential in a country with severe housing shortage: Egypt's population of 105+ million is growing rapidly, with an estimated need for 500,000+ new housing units annually. Egypt's real estate market has unique dynamics: high inflation has made property the primary store of value for Egyptian households, driving persistent demand. Currency devaluation (the Egyptian pound has lost significant value) increases cost of imported building materials but also increases demand for real estate as an inflation hedge. Key stock drivers include Egyptian economic conditions and currency stability, interest rates, population growth and urbanization, real estate pricing power, construction costs, new project launches, hospitality revenue, and government infrastructure investment in eastern Cairo.
