Hamid Moghadam

Hamid Moghadam co-founded AMB Property Corporation (which merged with ProLogis in 2011 to create the current Prologis) and has served as Chairman and CEO, building what is now the world's largest owner, operator, and developer of logistics real estate. Born in Iran, Moghadam immigrated to the United States as a teenager, earned an MBA from Stanford, and entered real estate development before recognizing the massive opportunity in industrial logistics properties. Prologis's portfolio is staggering in scale: approximately 1.2 billion square feet of logistics and distribution space across 19 countries on four continents, serving approximately 6,700 tenants.
