Organized the ICO, set token sale mechanics and steered exchange listing strategy
Directed the project’s early commercial strategy and execution of the token sale that funded iExec’s development and established the initial circulating supply of RLC. Took responsibility for designing allocation tables, vesting schedules and treasury controls that determined how tokens entered markets and how project‑controlled balances could be deployed to support operations. Negotiated and coordinated primary exchange listings and market‑making arrangements that materially increased orderbook depth and accessible markets for RLC. These listing decisions and the timing of token unlocks shaped short‑ and medium‑term liquidity, price formation and secondary market behavior for the instrument. Led enterprise partnership outreach and pilot programs which converted strategic customers into steady demand sources for compute jobs priced in RLC. Structured commercial agreements and pilot terms that defined invoicing, settlement rails and usage patterns, which in aggregate influenced token flow from corporates into the market. Managed treasury deployments and discretionary spending policies during early growth phases, directing where funds were invested into R&D, partnerships and market support. Those operational and financial steps are directly linked to the token supply dynamics and liquidity profile observed for RLC across exchanges and OTC venues.
