Negotiated and signed club-side commercial and operational clauses that governed ASR distribution and fan engagement activations

Acting in an executive capacity for the club, took the lead on negotiating the commercial and operational framework under which the ASR token would be issued and used. Responsibilities included defining revenue-sharing mechanisms, approvals workflow for fan polls tied to club decisions, and the timing and cadence of promotional initiatives that accompanied the token launch. On the operational side, coordinated with legal and marketing teams to ensure that contractual commitments to run specific Socios campaigns were feasible within the club’s calendar and regulatory environment. This included agreeing service-level descriptions, data-sharing constraints and intellectual property usage that directly influenced how ASR holders could interact with AS Roma assets on the Socios platform. Those negotiated clauses materially affected the token’s early economics and real-world utility. By setting the club-side operational requirements and commercial thresholds, the executive decisions determined the scope of on-field activations available to token holders, the scale of initial distribution and the cadence of fan-engagement incentives that drove adoption.
