Led product roadmap decisions that tied TVK utility to on-platform features such as NFT minting fees, in-platform currency for virtual shows and gated access to IP collections. Negotiated and executed IP and developer partnerships that increased on-chain demand for TVK by making it the medium of exchange for specific drops and experiences. Managed migrations and tech choices in coordination with engineering leads, authorizing moves between chains or layer-2s that changed transaction costs and thus secondary-market activity. Directed communications around token launches, community airdrops and governance-related updates that influenced investor and collector behavior. Implemented compliance and distribution processes to satisfy exchange delisting/listing requirements and regulatory considerations in several jurisdictions, producing public documentation and contract deployments that market participants used to assess counterparty and token risk.
