Built ecosystem partnerships, token distribution outreach and community governance frameworks affecting BNT adoption
Focused on building external partnerships and community programs that translated into concrete on‑chain activity for BNT. Activities included negotiating integrations with wallet providers and DApp partners, coordinating developer grants and liquidity mining programs, and managing PR and outreach tied to token distribution events. Those actions produced measurable increases in BNT listing requests, wallet integrations and protocol usage metrics. Led initiatives to structure governance participation and community feedback loops during major protocol transitions and migrations. Practical steps included organizing community calls, publishing migration guides, and coordinating with exchanges and custodians about token swaps; these efforts reduced frictions in moving liquidity across protocol versions and directly influenced circulating supply dynamics for BNT during migrations. Represented the protocol in industry forums and partnership negotiations that resulted in concrete integrations and listing support, which affected BNT's availability on third‑party platforms. By steering community allocation programs and public education on new protocol features like impermanent loss protection, the role materially shifted user behaviour and onboarding rates for BNT pools. Coordinated with treasury and product teams to align marketing incentives with protocol fee models, ensuring that outreach campaigns and partnerships were linked to on‑chain incentives. These implemented programs changed short and medium‑term demand profiles for BNT by increasing the number of active LPs and by directing attention to pools where BNT played a central economic role.
