Architected Utrust payment stack, smart contracts and merchant SDKs
Directed the engineering teams that built core Utrust infrastructure: the custodial and non‑custodial wallet layers, merchant SDKs for checkout integration, and the suite of smart contracts handling UTK escrow, refunds and conditional settlements. Led specification and implementation of cross‑chain settlement connectors and off‑chain matching components that reduced gas and settlement latency for merchant payouts. Choreographed technical roadmaps aligned with product and compliance requirements and prioritized security hardening and audits. Commissioned and supervised multiple smart contract audits and a public bug bounty program to secure the token contracts and escrow logic. Implemented upgrade paths and governance checks in contract design to allow controlled changes to spend/vesting rules approved by governance, thereby tying technology choices directly to token utility and safety for both merchants and users. Established continuous integration and monitoring practices for node infrastructure and third‑party oracle connectivity, ensuring reliable price feeds and settlement triggers. These concrete technical deliverables — SDKs, contracts, integrations and audits — directly enabled merchant acceptance flows and on‑chain UTK circulation patterns that determined transaction-level demand for the token.
