Defined the initial cross-chain gateway design, token economics and led major protocol upgrades including pTokens launches and migration plans

Oversaw the initial technical specification and roadmap that established how pNetwork would mint and redeem pTokens across multiple chains. Direct involvement included authoring or approving design documents for the relayer/validator set, custody and minting flows, and the mechanics tying on-chain pTokens to underlying locked assets. Those design decisions determined how PNT was used for staking, operator incentives and governance, shaping circulating supply dynamics and utility. Led execution of multiple major protocol upgrades that changed bridge security models and validator incentives. Responsibilities covered coordination of smart-contract deployments, staging of pToken launches (for example pBTC and pETH style assets), and management of migrations where contracts were upgraded and token wrappers reissued. Each technical change had measurable effects on network liquidity and on-chain balances tied to PNT economic parameters. Directed crisis and upgrade governance when incidents required emergency pauses, contract fixes and coordinated token migrations. Actions included setting release schedules, instructing developers to implement mitigation patches, and negotiating rollback or upgrade paths with exchanges and custodians. These operational decisions directly affected token tradability and market confidence. Maintained relationships with external auditors, leading to adoption of specific audit recommendations into production code. That ongoing oversight of security, incentive parameters and upgrade policy has been central to how the PNT token functions within the protocol and how markets price its utility and risk.
